Campaign countdown begins
The EQUiPP Project team are excited to share some news!
The ReThink Pain campaign will soon begin across the Limestone Coast and Western Victoria — a community-driven initiative to build understanding and improve care for people living with chronic pain.
Starting in early 2026, ReThink Pain will roll out in seven towns across South Australia and Victoria — Horsham, Hamilton, Stawell, Ararat, Mount Gambier, Millicent, and Naracoorte — through a mix of activities tailored to each community based on what you shared with us in June. You might spot a billboard on your way to work, hear a radio ad, or even help host a ReThink Pain event in your own town.
To everyone who joined our co-design workshops — thank you for your time, ideas and energy. Your input directly shaped the messages and structure of the campaign we are developing.
In total, 232 local residents took part in 19 workshops across our seven target communities — an incredible contribution that helped us understand how best to deliver pain education where it’s needed most.
We look forward to continuing this work with you as we move into the next stage of the journey.
